| Clean off any dirt residue from the chain and lubricate using a standard chain lube every 300 miles. |
Make sure the teeth are in good condition. |
Replace worn teeth immediately |
If the whole tooth is visible when you lift the chain, replace with a complete new chain sprocket kit. |
Do not allow the chain to hang down excessively. Get the correct tightness set by your mechanic. |
Make sure the assembly is correctly aligned when it is replaced. Failure to do this can cause serious damage. Your mechanic will answer any questions you may have. |
